This 2-DVD set was produced by the British Film Institute. Disc 1 includes Science is Fiction: the Films of Painleve, and Disc 2 contains Yo La Tengo’s performance of The Sounds of Science, featuring eight of Painleve’s films with original scores written and performed by us.
